After a long day at work, this couple loves coming home to their country retreat. This beautiful home is nestled on a hill overlooking rolling fields that lead to the St. Croix River, and the wooded bluffs of Wisconsin.

The couple’s dream was to make their home as peaceful, and serene as the landscape surrounding them. With keeping that dream in mind, they selected finishes for their home to reflect that. They choose rustic alder cabinets with a walnut glaze and accented the island in a rich chocolate brown. Cambria quartz with rich warm earth tones were selected for the kitchen and bathroom countertops. The durable, low maintenance flooring that flows throughout the main floor is a luxury, vinyl plank in rustic, brown wood tones. For performance and style, Karastan carpet was selected for stairs and bedrooms. To protect their home from damaging UV rays, but still be able to enjoy their incredible view, Hunter Douglas window treatments were chosen.
